Intro to Pickleball

NEW TO PICKLEBALL
Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. Played on a smaller court with a perforated plastic ball and paddles, it can be played in singles or doubles. The game is easy to earn, suitable for all ages, and is growing rapidly in popularity.

You may invite your family and friends to play together without additional charges and the cost of the court rental will be split between all players. For safety reasons, we allow a maximum of 6 people per court.
How do I make payment for my court reservation?
All court reservation payments must be made using club credits. Simply purchase club credits and load them to your PlayByPoint wallet. Once credited, you can use them to book and pay for your court reservation.
Is paddle rental and ball purchase available?
You may do the paddle rental or purchase playing/professional balls at the receptionist counter before you check-in. Prices as stated above.
What is your late cancellation and no-show policy?
As we have a limited number of courts, other people miss out if you don’t turn up.
If you cancel more than 3 hours prior to your reservation, you will be refunded with club credits. If you do not attend or cancel within 3 hours prior to your reservation, your payment will be fully forfeited.
Can I convert my club credits back into monetary funds?
Unfortunately, club credits cannot be redeemed or withdrawn as monetary funds once purchased.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Certainly! You may cancel your reservation, but we kindly request that you do so at least 3 hours before the scheduled session to avoid a forfeiture of payment. You will be refunded in club credits to your PlayByPoint wallet once it’s canceled.If you do not attend or cancel less than 3 hours prior to your reservation, your payment will be fully forfeited.
Can I move or reschedule my reservation?
Yes, of course! Kindly cancel your initial reservation more than 3 hours before your scheduled session. Once it’s canceled, you will be refunded with club credits to your PlayByPoint wallet. Next, you may rebook your new session using your club credits!
What happens if I arrive late for my scheduled session?
Court Rental : If you are late to your booked session, the reservation WILL NOT BE EXTENDED. Please note that the fee will not be prorated for late arrivals.
What are the standard bookings and maximum duration for court reservations?
Standard bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance via our official website www.pickleballfactory.co. The maximum booking per session is 4 hours, 1 court. If you want to add another court at the same time, you may do so in a separate booking. However, each user is limited to booking only a maximum of 2 courts per day. If you wish to book a few courts for a single session or beyond one-week lead time, this will be considered as a private event. The rate for private events differs from the standard reservation fee. What happens for the outdoor court reservation if it rains?
We may close the courts in rainy weather or when the court conditions are deemed not safe to play until they are safe to be used.
Situation 1: all the indoor courts are fully booked:
If you played for less than half of the scheduled session or are unable to play at all, we will refund club credits to your PlayByPoint wallet and you may rebook for your next session.
If you have played for more than half of the scheduled session, we won’t be able to replace the session.
Situation 2: there are indoor courts available:
We can move the affected players to the indoor court without additional charges.
